AARSQUARE CORPORATION ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.theatom.in. By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts of all products available on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you to arrange a full refund of the charged amount.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Bangalore or Nagpur, India depending on the apparel type using Shiprocket. Depending on your location, the courier company may vary, and may include, among others, Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees etc.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally.

ORDER & DELIVERY

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We endeavour to dispatch your order of front/back graphics print apparel within 3 working days and All Over Print apparel with in 5-6 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company. We will take all required steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum. You should expect to receive delivery minimum with in 4-6 working days of dispatching the order.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you. Please note that we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number.

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday (except on national holidays), and 2 delivery attempts will be made before packages are returned to us. Wherever possible and upon our discretion, additional fees may be applicable for further delivery attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 2 to 7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive for deliveries.

We can not be held liable for any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the items have been dispatched from our facility. We will also not be liable if the courier companies do not deliver the package. If you have placed a pre-paid order and do not receive delivery for 15 days after dispatching the courier, reach out to us on whatsapp and we will refund the full amount. If you have placed a COD order and the delivery does not happen for 15 days of dispatching the package because of the issues on courier company end, reach out to us and we will try to reattempt the delivery by sending a fresh courier. However if the delivery is missed because of the unavailability of the customer or lack of COD amount, in that case additional delivery charge will need to be paid by the customer for a reattempt. For your orders, follow up with courier company using the tracking id we provide. DO NOT follow up with us regarding the delivery status once the tracking id is shared.
